WHY CHOOSE FRASER? A Broad Range of Inclusion Programs

Fraser Community Inclusion programs ensure that every individual has the support and services they need to thrive.

Fraser has a broad range of community inclusion programs that help individuals thrive in their homes and community.

Fraser Community Living offers three different living options for teens and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities: Supervised Living, Supportive Living and Independent Living. Our goal is to provide just enough support so people can live comfortably on their own.

Fraser Career Planning & Employment offers a variety of services for teens and adults who have autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other disabilities. Our services are available for those who are college-bound or are looking to explore employment options.

Fraser Case Management helps individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health conditions gain access to needed resources. Our case managers connect people to medical, social, educational, vocational, financial and other necessary services that support their mental health.

Fraser School® is an inclusive environment where children of all abilities play, learn and grow together. We offer preschool and pre-K programs for children, ages 6 weeks to 6 years old.

Fraser recognizes the need for more inclusive opportunities in our community. The Fraser Sensory Supports and Training Program helps businesses and organizations provide more sensory-friendly spaces and events to make these more accessible and inclusive for people of all abilities.
