Thank you FORE joining us!
Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, golfers, volunteers, and partners, the Tee Off for Fraser, presented by Geritom Medical, raised $100,000 for Fraser Community Living on June 29 at Brackett’s Crossing Country Club. The event brought together 116 golfers for a fun and energetic day on the course in support of longterm care and housing for individuals with disabilities and autism.
Proceeds from this year’s event will help purchase new, accessible transportation for Fraser residents. Reliable, comfortable transportation opens the door to greater independence, stronger community connections, better access to health and wellness, and more meaningful life experiences.
For the people served by Fraser Community Living, transportation is more than a ride: it is a bridge to opportunity, belonging, and a fuller life.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who made this day possible. Thank you to Geritom Medical for its continued partnership, to the Smith family and Brackett’s Crossing Country Club for their generous support, and to the many sponsors, golfers, and partners who helped make the event such a success. We are also especially thankful for the volunteers and residential staff who came out to support residents on the course and welcome golfers throughout the day.
Your generosity reflects a shared belief that individuals with disabilities and autism belong in our community and deserve opportunities to live with connection, dignity, and joy. Thank you for helping Fraser continue this important work.
