As an audiovisual (AV) technician, you may help set up and monitor audiovisual equipment, like projectors, cameras, microphones and sound system components. In this job, you may also repair speakers and other equipment. Some AV technicians also set up custom lighting and spotlight equipment for homes and businesses. You may also assess maintenance and technical issues with recording or sound equipment.

We encourage individuals ages 14 and up to attend. It is also open to parents, who think their young adult may want to explore a career in this field.
