We offer jobs in these categories:

Our talent acquisition reps will review your application and call you for a phone interview to discuss your interests and needs and answer questions regarding the position. The phone interview is a chance for you and Fraser to learn more about each other.

If you and Fraser are interested in moving to the next stage, Fraser will invite you to an in-person or virtual interview. This interview gives you the opportunity to meet the hiring manager of the role advertised and lets you get deeper insight on day-to-day functions of the role.

When the hiring manager has selected you for the role, they will notify HR, and HR will reach out to make a verbal job offer. This means the offer is contingent on the pre-employment check process. However, you may begin your role before all background checks have been received at Fraser, contingent upon HR receiving the final approved background checks.

HR may request a driving record, DHS background check, fingerprinting, reference letters, licensure, or other documents pertinent to your role.

Fraser does not require proof of vaccination as a condition of employment. However, we strongly encourage all staff and applicants to stay current with vaccinations for both their health and the health of our staff and individuals served.

We can’t wait to meet you during orientation and get you settled in your new role at one of the Fraser clinics, satellite locations, Community Living Residences, or corporate offices.

Fraser HR and your hiring manager will ensure you have the tools, information, and mentoring you need to succeed in your new role.
